Š and so, since we were entering an historically important building, the Manodori Foundation was able to intervene in helping us to transform the surroundings of the offices and of the acetaia, from a rough state into its current conditions Š Š this material, as you know and can be read on every piece, has been sponsored by the Banco S. Geminiano, which has again confirmed the same figure for this year Š
Š we have to give full recognition for this fact to the Municipality of Casalgrande which, after many refusals originating from the most varied parties, opened us a door which I feel will be very important also for the local community Š..
... in this way we were able to hold a great opening party in September, with a very important gathering of personalities and the general public Š
Š and it¹s through the C.C.I.A.A. that we have been able to realise the first research work on Traditional Balsamic Vinegar carried out in our city on our vinegar Š
Š and now we will move on to talk about the courses for acetaia operators which, following a decision of the committee, will mark our presence in the fairs of the municipalities of Reggio: we don¹t have a product to sell, and therefore these short informative courses, with tastings of must and vinegars of different stages of maturity, fit in perfectly with the spirit of our society and elevate the statute Š.
Š we have begun a promotion in the schools, going to the Bus Pascal, where a group of 36 boys and girls followed the working days proposed by Giovanna Giacobazzi and by Luciano Bagnacani; the school management acquired a battery which we still are managing together with their active collaboration, and which in the end they will continue alone Š.
Š certainly, our main source of pride is, and will remain the Palio, a very complex and increasingly costly operation, which obviously would not be possible without receiving, year in year out, a generous sponsorship from Credito Emiliano Š
